A. If you have any current marketing materials such as business cards, brochures, yellowpages ad, etc scan them and send them our way. We can get a better understanding of business and the colours you are currently using.
We will require the following additional items and information:
1. A high resolution logo of your business
2. A picture of you, your team, or your storefront.

Provide us with short descriptions of your product or service offerings. Keep these to a couple of paragraphs at most. The more people have to scroll, the less they may read.
4. Your contact and location information.
5.
Links to any news articles and directories where your business is mentioned.
6. If you have a domain in mind let's check to see if it is available to register.
Q. How long will it take to get my web page designed.
A. Once we receive all of the required graphics and details, we will have a first draft of your new web page within five business days (usually less). Once we get the approval we will complete the project and proceed to publish your site.
Q. How can I send my graphics to you?
A. Send us your graphics via email. Pictures and artwork should be in photoshop, jpeg or gif format. If you do not have a digital camera or scanner one option you can use is to develop your film and get a photo CD at the same time. Any picture on the photo CD can be emailed to us. You can also send your photographs to us and we can scan them into digital format for a small fee.
Q. How much deposit is required for you to begin designing our web page?
A. We will require a 50% deposit to begin working on your web page. A full payment is required before we publish your site online.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept PayPal payments and any credit cards they accept.
Q. What is a URL?
A. URL stands for "universal resource locator". This is the address typed in to your browsers address bar to view your web page on the Internet. For example, you would type in http://www.singlepagewebdesign.com to access our home page.
Q. What is a domain name?
A. A domain name is a specific website address we will register for you - it ends in .com, .net, .org, .ca etc. Domains require an annual renewal fee to retain ownership. For example our domain is http://www.singlepagewebdesign.com
Q. What is web hosting?
A. Web hosting is a service which requires an annual fee to have your site accessible on the Internet. We provide web hosting for our clients.
Q. What if I spot an error in my site once it has gone live?
A. You will get the chance to check your website before it goes live however, should any errors have slipped by contact us and we will happily correct them for you.
